Thank you!

I personally wanted to thank some people whom I owed a lot for making our wedding successful.  Without them, it will be a total chaos than chaos that it was.  LOL!
Ms. Caroline Christine Barton – the commissioner who helped tying up not just the Wedding Ceremony but also my laces of my white dress.  You are such a nice person!
Arah Flores – she made the program, help me decorating the giveaways, the emcee, helping me out with food prep, decorating the venue, talking with people for me...in short, she is my right hand.
Mary May Huerte – the dancing trainor, helping me out with food prep, decorating the venue, keeping things unclutter while the ceremony goes on, entertaining the kids, etc...my second right hand.
Delia Padel – even on sleepless nights cooking the puto, kutchinta and meatballs, arranging the food for the venue and helping tidying up the after party event.
Elvie Celda – for extending us a ride, cleaning up with us after the event and monetary matters.
Ate Fe and family – for bringing some embutido, apple pie and maja blanca.  For the rides to and fro like looking for the venue, going to the dryers, and shopping for accessories.  Extending for lechon but sadly the restaurant wasn’t able to delivered one because of no pork stocks.
Ate Leah, Kuya Jun and Arvin – for monetary help, rendering us a songs, preparing the food, assisting guests and to Arvin for being Arah’s partner to host the party.
Linao Family – for really driving 3-4hours just to came and celebrated with us.  I really appreciate the effort and your presence.  The first Filipino people I met when I arrived in Canada and the first family that showed warmth and comfort while I’m alone in Slavelake.
Ate Marilyn, Pierre and Family – for the Christmas dinner, lighting the candles, putting on my gown laces, entertaining the commissioner/ guests, preparing the food, reading the Wedding Blessings, the gifts and your presence at the ceremony.
Marie, Rob and the kids – for lots and lots of gifts...understanding and your presence at the ceremony.
Auntie Nita, Ate Genevieve, Janet, Margie, Michael, and Marichu for coming and celebrate with us.  Thanks for the pictures.

Ramil, Michael, Alvin, and Rey – for saying Yes and be part of the entourage even you had to skip work.  I appreciate your thought and commitment.

Kailey’s mother – for having Kailey as one of my flower girl. Thanks for celebrating with us.
Daniel and his mother – my cutest ever ring bearer.  Thank you so much for coming and taking part of bringing the bond of the ceremony.  I am so grateful of your presence.
All the Flower Girls – GoSh! All of you look so pretty!  Dashingly cute and can’t help admiring your pictures.  Lots of kisses to all of you girls.
Jacob and his assistant – thanks for the musics and the BLASTS!
Rachel Kaleta – for the lovely fondant cake.
Lory Villarosa – for being one of the bridesmaid and the pictures.
Conlee Haustein – for being the Best Man for Bart.  I love your speech!  Thanks for helping carrying the food.
Lastly, Ate Ginee and Juvy, for everything!  They are my blood lines here in strange country.   My family in Canada.

Lolo Doloy- please be well and we love you!  Thanks for the greetings from ocean miles away.
To everyone who greeted us in Facebook :  You know who you are and we appreciate for saying a piece that made us smile.  Thank you!
Most specially, I thank God for all of these...from the start.  He made it possible.  Mostly weddings are planned six months before the date but us, it took us 6 weeks.  As I look back behind the time I looked for signs, it was not unplanned.  The wedding was already planned before God made us realized it.  The night we said, OK let’s do it on Jan2.  My dress was there before me.  If I wanted something...it was laid just in front of me.  Thank you God for making all these things possible, in a short span of time.  Thank you for giving me good friends that helped me out to make the event happy and memorable.
Bless them Lord God, as you blessed me and Bart.  Best wishes for everyone!

Wedding Prep Blog

I made this site for everyone who was invited in the wedding to browse for updates.  It's a convenient way for all of us to keep them on track since some of them came from faraway places like Calgary.  This was also how I communicated with Bart up North to keep him updated of what was I'd been doing while he was busy working in the oilfield.
Feel free to click on the link...it has 2 pages. --->> Wedding Preparations
